MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. — Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal crash that claimed the life of 19-year-old Nicholas Brown. The incident occurred on US-62 in Muhlenberg County on October 13, 2025.

According to KSP, Brown was driving a sedan when he left the roadway, causing the vehicle to overturn multiple times. He was ejected from the car during the crash. Emergency responders airlifted him to a hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, Brown succumbed to his injuries on October 20 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Tennessee.
The Kentucky State Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. Authorities have not released additional details at this time.
Brown’s passing has left his family, friends, and community in mourning. The investigation remains active, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact KSP.
